Decorative diamond polished concrete I am Butch Lowry. I have been traveling and polishing concrete in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico for the last 7 years. I decided to start my own small company specializing in residential and small commercial. We are in the early stages experimenting with tooling and designs.
